1. Manufacturing & Part Limits

3D3D provides physical manufacturing templates, 3D scans, and custom 3D printed components (fabricated in materials like ASA, PETG, or Carbon-Fiber Nylon).

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER: All physical components, models, and structural templates are provided on an "as-is" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Marine environments subject hardware to extreme stress, UV, chemical, and physical degradation. The user assumes all risk relating to the installation, fit, and sea-worthiness of any parts created using 3D3D designs or physical print files.

2. Local Software Licenses

Our software suite — including but not limited to the ORA Rust kernel, VibCode mobile workspace, and PulZ governance pipelines — is designed to compile and execute locally on hardware owned and maintained by the licensee.

Licensees are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to run the binary systems on-premise. Reverse-compilation or distribution of compiled binaries without written authorization from 3D3D is strictly prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise explicitly noted, CAD designs, STEP geometries, and open-source packages released to the public domain remain under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike (CC BY-SA) or corresponding permissive software licenses (MIT/Apache 2.0).

Designs marked as commercial proprietary property remain the sole ownership of 3D3D and our respective corporate partners.

4. Absolute Limit of Liability

In no event shall 3D3D, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of vessel control, structural rigging failure, engine failures, or database corruption) arising from the use of our software or physical fabrications.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Province of New Brunswick, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of these terms shall be settled exclusively in the courts of the Province of New Brunswick.
