1. Sovereign Privacy
3D3D is founded on the principle of absolute digital sovereignty. We believe that your data is your property.
Unlike modern SaaS tools that run in the cloud, our systems (including the ORA orchestration backend and Mom Me parenting logs) run entirely on local, on-premise hardware owned by you. Your files, chat transcripts, and custom geometries remain on your machine and are never transmitted to 3D3D or third-party servers.
2. Local Vessel Telemetry
Vessel management telemetry systems (such as HarbourMesh ESP32 networks) route data locally over 915MHz LoRa bands directly to your cabin gateway.
This telemetry data is processed locally. 3D3D does not collect, aggregate, or sell your navigation history, bilge cycle profiles, engine voltages, or GPS coordinate traces.
4. Data Retention & Handoff
When you commission custom software or mechanical designs, any temporary project assets (such as initial point cloud scans or CAD drafts) are maintained in secure offline drives during build phases.
Upon project completion and delivery, we hand off all source folders to you. Unless explicitly requested under ongoing service maintenance agreements, we purge project assets from our local machines within 30 days of handoff.
